There’s a plastic-free way to use your credit and debit cards.

Show your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or Mac to make secure payments

Here’s how using Apple Pay could help you bank better:

  • Make purchases with your Coastal credit and debit cards without presenting your card to the merchant
  • Purchase items or services in-store, within apps and online
  • Pay more securely using special encryption generated by your device
  • Sign up for Apple Pay by going to Open Wallet on your iPhone or other device and selecting Set Up Apple Pay under the Debit and Credit Cards section
  • Apple Pay will verify your card information and you’ll be able to use your phone or other device to make purchases instantly

The brave new world of technology can make life much easier.

Consider the act of paying for a product or a service. Once upon a time, we used cash to make virtually all our purchases. Then checks came into vogue. Next came the plastic era, first with credit cards and then debit cards. Now members can make payments without taking any of those things out of their wallets.

These days, it's easy to make purchases using mobile devices. It takes only moments to sign up for Apple Pay. At that point, you can just present your Apple device in the checkout line at your favorite store. Instead of you swiping a plastic card or inserting it into a terminal, your Apple device wirelessly transmits encrypted payment information. A Touch ID fingerprint scanner verifies the transaction. In short, Apple Pay is easy, convenient and secure. You can use Apply Pay with confidence, knowing our Security Commitment ensures peace of mind.
