New and improved design to fit your banking needs

Your Online Banking is getting an upgrade.

On September 23rd, your Online Banking will have a fresh new look.

What’s New

  • New Home screen allows you to access what you want, all in one place
  • Tap to Save tool makes saving fun by allowing you to interact by tapping a piggy bank to transfer money to a savings account
  • Travel Notices tile can be used to let Coastal know that a credit or debit card might be used on a trip, and to lessen the risk of flagged transactions or blocked cards
  • New responsive design will automatically adjust to the width of your screen

What’s Different

  • Page layouts have been changed to make better use of the newer, higher resolution screens
  • Navigational icons have been replaced with tabs that include a simple drop down menu
  • The message center and settings are now conveniently located at the very top of each page

Important to Know

  • Your login credentials will not change. You will not have to do anything special to log in and use Online Banking after the updates go live
  • Third-party account tools like Quicken and Mint will be disrupted by the change if they use screen scraping to pull in your account and transaction information. Manual logins and file downloads should not be affected
  • Online Banking access will be down for several hours the morning of September 23 while the update is implemented
  • For the best mobile experience, we recommend downloading our mobile app update, available on the same day

Digital Banking supports the two most recent versions of the following browsers: Internet Explorer/Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari for Mac. We recommend using the latest versions of these browsers, if possible. We also recommend having JavaScript & Cookies turned on.

You can always send us a secure message after logging in to Digital Banking. In addition, visit our Contact Us page for additional contact methods or visit your local branch.

From the Accounts Summary page, choose the account you wish to view. Transaction history will display the last 60 days of the selected account. Alternatively, you can select the Accounts tab at the top, click the More tab and select Account Activity from the drop-down menu.

A pending transaction is an approved debit transaction that has not yet posted to your account. The pending amount is deducted from your available balance but is not yet reflected in your posted transactions.
