We’re continuing in our commitment to help members through the COVID-19 pandemic. As such, we are extending several of our member relief programs through the remainder of 2020.

  • Skip-a-Pay will continue through the end of the year, with a slight change. Starting September 1, we are modifying the program to offer month-to-month skips, instead of defaulting to three months at a time. For eligible loans, there is a cap of six skipped payments per loan. Members who still have eligible loans will see the Skip-A-Pay module presented in online banking. The self-service Skip-A-Pay pay program will wind down on November 30 The last day payments can be pushed out to is December 30. For assistance After November 30, please contact our Member Assistance Program.
  • Loan late fee waivers on consumer loans and mortgages are being extended through the end of the year.
  • Credit card fee waivers are also being extended through the end of the year. This includes late fees, NSF fees, & cash advance fees.

Hopefully, we’ll start 2021 with an economic recovery underway, and the need for these programs will be fading away, along with the pandemic. In the meantime, we remain here to help all of you through it.
