What's Happening

We are experiencing delivery delays for reissued and new debit cards. As a result, wait times to receive a new Coastal debit card could be longer than expected. The reason, our card production vendor is experiencing delays. This is in conjunction with the recent announcement from USPS of significant delays in mail delivery.  

What You Can Expect

If you have recently ordered a Coastal debit card and/or are planning to order one soon, here is how long you can plan for it to arrive: 

  • Regular shipping: 15-21 days (please note, this is normally 7-10 without the delays) 
  • Rushed or overnighted shipping: 7-10 days

How You Can Get A Debit Card Sooner

If you need a debit card sooner, you can go to Online or Mobile Banking and schedule an appointment to come into a branch at one of our instant issue locations to get a debit card.

How To Make An Appointment In Mobile Banking:

Step 1:

Login to Mobile Banking and select "Branch Appointment"

Select "Book Appointment"

Step 3:

Select "Account Maintenance"

Step 3

Step 4:

Select "Existing Account Maintance". From there, you can schedule your appointment to come in to one of our branches and get your new debit card.
