During financial hardship, Coastal is here to help.

Coastal Credit Union is here to help our members make ends meet during difficult times.  We are working hard to provide financial assistance to member affected by COVID 19 along with other financial hardships. 

Please follow the steps below to request assistance if you have a current Coastal Credit Union Consumer Loan or 1st Mortgage. We may be able to provide payment deferral and other modifications.

How to Request Loan Modifications and Payment Deferrals.

  1. Click The Following Link To Request Assistance from our Member Assistance Program Department.

    Supporting Documents Needed from all borrowers on a Member Assistance Request are as follow:
    • Copy of Driver License
    • Proof of Income (current paystub, 2 years taxes, etc)
    • Proof of Financial Hardship
  2. Log into Online Banking

    Simply log into Online Banking or Coastal’s Mobile app and click the “Request Assistance” button in the Emergency Relief tile to fill out our secure Member Assistance Request form.

 

We partner with GreenPath to offer our members free financial consulting to help ease financial stress, address financial concerns, and develop a plan for living a financially healthy life. GreenPath can offer assistance with financial counseling, managing debt, housing services, student loan counseling, credit report review, and financial education. This service is free to our members.
