- Digital Banking and Bill Pay updates are now live. Members who don't have automatic updates turned on will need to manually update the mobile app.
August 19
- Digital Banking and Bill Pay updates are being implemented overnight Tuesday, August 20. There will be intermittent downtime between 8:00 PM Tuesday and 6:00 AM Wednesday.
Over the next several months, Coastal will implement a series of enhancements to our various digital channels. Many of the projects are a result of member feedback, and each is designed to improve our member experience.
This page will be updated frequently, including implementation dates, as each enhancement is ready to launch.
The Enhancements
- Bill Pay Updates - Implemented 8/21 - The newest version offers a better user experience, is more intuitive, and removes friction. Changes include:
- Improved navigation, including new search and filter tools
- More convenient. You can now pay multiple billers or persons with the tap of one button
- Personalize your experience with new settings options
- Peer-to-peer payment upgrades
- Digital Banking Updates - Implemented 8/21 - The upgrade improves user experience by introducing new features and enhancing security measures to reduce end user disruptions.
- Desktop Account Summary Enhancements - Members can now sort their accounts in ascending or descending order
- Password Unmasking on Mobile - Members can now reveal their password by clicking the eye icon in the Password field
- Simple Biometric Enrollment
- Digital Card Issuance - provides immediate digital access to a new debit or credit card through a self-service module. Also, it adds card controls inside of Digital Banking, but does not replace CardNav.
- Direct Deposit Self Service - A new feature inside of digital banking that provides members with an easy, personalized way to switch their payroll direct deposit.
- e-Statements updates – mostly minor portal updates, with a new URL for members who navigate to e-Statements outside of online banking
- Updated online account opening - Implemented 8/26
- Updated online consumer loan applications
- Website redesign - Implemented 9/18. This project reflects our commitment to improving the member experience and includes a modern and user-friendly design, enhanced navigation, and dynamic content.
