Coffee with Chuck Ep.26: A Look at our Hope Valley Branch
A Look at our Hope Valley Branch
A Look at our Hope Valley Branch
Dear Members,
It’s always exciting for me to be able to deliver something new to our membership. We’ve just opened our newest branch location in Durham, and I was able to sit down with the branch manager to talk about what improvements our members can expect, and how you can join us in celebrating our grand opening.
Hope Valley Branch
The new location is at 7103 NC Highway 751, in the Hope Valley Commons shopping center. It replaces our South Point Crossing branch.
The 2,800 square foot, freestanding building is a big upgrade from storefront location. In addition to inside teller machines, we also offer three drive-up teller machines, offering our signature 7AM to 7PM, seven-days-a-week teller service.
All of our machines are dual-function, offering ATM and teller service on the same machine. During teller hours, members get a welcome screen that prompts them to pick ATM or teller session. At any time of day, anyone can begin an ATM transaction simply by inserting a debit card.
Members will be greeted by familiar faces, as branch manager Wendolyn Fillmore-Mitchell and her team from the Southpoint branch have moved to Hope Valley. The team will provide our full slate of services, including: loans, deposits, a mortgage loan officer, Wealth Management, Daymark Realty and more.
We have a number of grand opening festivities planned and hope you’ll be able to join us for some fun, and to check out the new branch:
- Our Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting with the Durham Chamber of Commerce will be on Thursday, November, 7 starting at 4:30 PM
- Member appreciation day is Tuesday, November 12. Stop in for treats throughout the day
- Finally, our Family Fun Day will be Saturday, November 16 from 11 AM to 2 PM.
Also, watch your email for details on a Join Day promotion. When you bring your friends and family to open an account you’ll both have the opportunity to get rewarded.
Holiday Toy Drive
While you’re visiting the new branch, or any Coastal location, please consider joining us in helping to make a child’s holidays a little brighter. We’re hosting another Toy Drive to benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs in Wake, Durham & Orange Counties.
You can participate by bringing a new, unwrapped toy to any Coastal location between now and December 13. All of our branches are drop off locations.
We’ll be looking forward to seeing you soon!
Sincerely,
Chuck Purvis
President & CEO
