Manage Your Cards Inside Digital Banking

Manage Cards puts you in control of your Coastal debit and credit cards right inside Digital Banking. You can use Manage Cards to access or replace your cards, set alerts, freeze/unfreeze your cards and more. Here are the cool things you can do with Manage Cards:

Where to find Manage Cards inside Digital Banking

  • Select “Manage Cards” in the Additional Services menu.

How to Add to Mobile Wallet

  • In the Mobile App, select “Add To Wallet”

  • Your phone browser will then pop up. Select “Open” to allow IssueDirect to add your card into your Mobile Wallet

  • Follow the prompts on your mobile device to finish

How to Set Alerts for Transactions

  • Every time you use your card, you can receive an alert.

  • Select “Set Alerts” inside Manage Cards.

  • You can then choose which text alerts to enable.

How to Access Your Card Immediately

  • Select “View Card” inside Manage Cards.

  • Verify your identity using a one-time passcode.

  • You can then see all your card details to make purchases online.

How to Freeze/Unfreeze your Cards

  • If you think your card might be lost or stolen, you can freeze it temporarily to stop new purchases or ATM withdrawals.

  • Select the “Freeze Card” toggle inside Manage Cards.

  • Confirm the following prompt to freeze/unfreeze your card.

How to A Replace a Debit/Credit Card

  • You can report your card lost, stolen, or damaged with the “Replace Card” feature

  • Select “Replace Card” inside Manage Cards.

  • You can then select if your card was lost, stolen, or damaged.

  • Confirm your address and select “Submit” to request your replacement card.

How to Change Your PIN

  • Forgot your PIN or need access to your funds? It’s easy to change your PIN.

  • Select “Change PIN” inside Manage Cards.

  • Enter your desired PIN and you’re done!
