Log In to Digital Banking

Navigate to Bill Pay inside Digital Banking.

Add Payees

Enter the details of your billers – from utilities to credit cards.

Set Up Payments

Choose one-time or recurring payments, and specify dates and amounts.

Review and Confirm

Double-check the details for accuracy, then confirm your payments and you’re done!

You can also send money to a friend or family member with Pay a Person.

Bill Pay is a free service for Coastal members. The only fee you could incur is if you choose to overnight a check payment, which has an express fee of $25.
Yes, by using our 'Bill Pay' service, which is in the menu of our mobile app. From Bill Pay, you can pay bills, manage existing billers, add new ones, and check past payments
To set up a new payee or biller, select 'Pay a Bill or Person', select 'Pay a Bill', select 'Add Biller.' Common options will populate automatically. You will need your login credentials for that biller. You will input all relevant information for that biller, including your account number with that biller. You may also have to provide a biller address. You will have the option to give the biller a nickname, categorize into a group, and set up alerts. Select 'Add.' A confirmation will be provided that you have successfully added the payee.
  • Delivery times for bill payments depend on the method in which the payment was sent. There is not a due date guarantee.
  • Electronic payments will be withdrawn from your account on the send date and will arrive to the biller on the next business day (if submitted before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time).
  • Check payments will be withdrawn from your account when the biller cashes the check. Checks typically post up to 7 business days after the send date.
  • Yes, you have until 4 pm Eastern Time on the send date to cancel your payment. You'll see all listed upcoming payments, and you can cancel the payment entirely.
  • To cancel your payment in online banking, select 'Pay a Bill or Person,' select 'View Activity.' On the Payments tab, locate the payment you want to cancel and click the down arrow to expand. Select 'Delete Payment,' select 'Yes,' Delete Payment to confirm.
  • A confirmation will be provided that you have successfully canceled the payment.
Yes. Bill Pay only allows payments to billers located in US territories. International billers are not allowed.
