How to Make Payments Online

To make an online payment, register and log into Coastal’s Digital Banking. You can also schedule recurring payments within Digital Banking. You can manage your payments from your Coastal account or from another financial institution.

For added convenience, you can use Speedpay to pay your loan with a debit card or a Discover® or MasterCard® credit card. Please note, a $5 service fee applies for payments made through Speedpay.

How to Make Payments in Person

Our branches feature teller hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week, offering you flexibility and convenience to make a loan payment.

This service is available for debit cards, automatic drafts from your checking account or ACH payments, Discover®, and MasterCard® credit cards only.

For any issues with making your payment, please call 800-868-4262 and choose option 0 (zero). Note that any payments processed over the phone will incur a $5 service fee.

To change the due date for a Coastal Auto Loan, or Personal Loan, please send us a secure message inside Digital Banking to request a Due Date Change Form.

At this time, Coastal does not allow members to modify the due date of credit cards, mortgages, or home equities.
We do not recommend using Coastal Bill Pay to pay your Coastal loan; instead, you can schedule automatic payments from your account at Coastal by logging in to Coastal's Digital Banking.
