Coastal offers teller access seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Here’s how Coastal’s extended teller hours could help you bank better:

  • Coastal branches are open late for your convenience every weekday, so there's no need to skip lunch to do your banking
  • Teller service is also available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Use our Personal Teller Machines on the weekend to make deposits, withdrawals, cash checks and make transfers while interacting with live tellers through video screens and a private audio network

We like to call it the next generation of banking.

At Coastal, we’ve put a new twist on the term “banker’s hours.” We know you have an active life and can’t always visit our branches during normal business hours. That’s why we’re open 12 hours a day—7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. We also know that sometimes your busy schedule means that tasks like depositing a paycheck are best done on weekends.

That’s where our Advanced Banking comes in. It provides flexibility so you can put off banking chores until Saturday or Sunday without losing access to Coastal’s helpful, friendly tellers. Just enter one of our branch vestibules between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and approach an easy-to-use Personal Teller Machine. Using a video screen, you’ll be able to conduct business with a live teller. It’s fast, it’s easy and, best of all, it puts you in charge of the “banker’s hours.”


Frequently Asked Questions

The easiest way to start or change your direct deposit is to contact your employer's HR or Payroll Department or log into your Employer's Payroll Site. They will have you fill out a direct deposit authorization form. To complete this form, you will need to know Coastal's Routing Number, your full 14 digit Account Number, and the account type, such as Go Green Checking

If you have forgotten your PIN, please contact our Contact Center at 919-420-8000 that is available 24 hours a day for assistance. Representatives are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Or you may send an email to cardservices@coastalfcu.org. Once we receive your request we will send the PIN to you in the mail.

Reordering checks couldn't be easier! You have a few ways to reorder your personal checks if you do not plan to make any additional changes with your name, address, or phone numbers.

You may reorder checks directly within Digital Banking, simply choose ""Order Checks"" from the Accounts Summary. You may also visit https://orderpoint.deluxe.com/personal-checks/home.htm. You may also call 877-838-5287 or stop by a branch location and speak to a representative.

If you would like to make changes to your checks (address, phone, etc.), please log in to Digital Banking to update your contact information by clicking the Account Services icon. Once the changes have been made, simply choose "Order Checks" from the Accounts Summary.

You may choose your PIN on both your debit and/or credit card. To change the PIN on your debit card, visit any Coastal ATM and choose the PIN change menu option.  To change the PIN number on your credit card, simply call (888) 891 -2435.  You cannot choose or change the PIN on your ATM card.
