Coastal Credit Union Among 2021 Best Credit Unions to Work For

American Banker has announced that Coastal Credit Union is among the 2021 Best Credit Unions to Work For. This is the sixth time that Coastal has won the award since 2015. It’s the third employer award that the credit union has earned so far this year, including Business NC’s Best Employers in North Carolina, and Triangle Business Journal’s Best Places to Work. This also marks the twentieth overall award that Coastal has earned in 2021, a company best.

The award process began with Best Companies Group reviewing employers’ benefits and workplace policies and practices, followed by extensive employee surveys. In addition to work environment, benefits and employee perks, many of this year’s winners have been recognized for how they’ve supported employees throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
