System Outage Apology

Dear members,

Many of you experienced service outages earlier this week. I want to apologize for the disruption and let you know that since then all service channels have been consistently available to members.

What happened?

Early Sunday morning, we were performing scheduled system maintenance, including a software upgrade. Upon completion, we began experiencing unexpected system stability issues that led to intermittent service outages throughout the day on Sunday. On Monday morning, we continued to experience stability issues and needed to take the system down for several hours to identify the cause and implement a fix. Service was fully restored by mid-afternoon and has remained stable since then.

How we are making it right

Rest assured, we are extensively reviewing this incident, making improvements to minimize future issues and working to recover as fast as possible when we do experience them.
