Upcoming Fee Schedule Updates

We’re making small updates to our fee schedule this March, and we want to keep you informed. While these changes help us cover rising costs, we also want to make sure you have options to avoid fees where possible.

Paper Statement Fee Update

Starting March 31, the Paper Statement Fee will increase from $4 to $5. This is our first adjustment in over a decade and reflects the growing costs of printing, paper, and postage.

If you’d like to avoid this fee, consider signing up for e-Docs—a free, convenient, and secure way to receive your statements electronically. Plus, it’s better for the environment!

Good news: There are no changes to fee exemptions. Members who are minors or born before 1950 will continue to receive paper statements at no charge.
