Coastal Collects Four Top Employer Awards

Coastal Credit Union has recently been recognized with four awards honoring the organization as a top employer, and one that promotes a healthy workplace for employees.

Most notably, Coastal was named one of the 100 Healthiest Employers in America. Award applicants were evaluated across six key categories: Culture and Leadership, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communication and Marketing, Programming and Interventions, and Reporting and Analysis. Completed assessments were ranked with the proprietary Healthiest Employer Index, a 1-100 metric for wellness programming.

The 100 Healthiest award comes in conjunction with the Triangle’s Healthiest Employers recognition that was announced by the Triangle Business Journal on September 7.  

The two healthiest employer awards are the latest in a string of recognition for Coastal.  Recently, the credit union was also named one of the Best Places to Work by the Triangle Business Journal, and one of the Best Credit Unions to Work For (nationwide) by the Credit Union Journal.
