Coastal Credit Union Among 2020 Best Credit Unions to Work For

American Banker has announced that Coastal Credit Union is among the 2020 Best Credit Unions to Work For. This is the fifth time that Coastal has won the award since 2015, and the fourth employer award that the credit union has earned this year.

The award process began with Best Companies Group reviewing employers’ benefits and workplace policies and practices, followed by extensive employee surveys. In addition to work environment, benefits and employee perks, many of this year’s winners have been recognized for how they’ve supported employees throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
