Inflation, current employment trends, and remote work structures are closely tied together since Covid-19 emerged.
A recent report tracking the trends of remote work revealed that 97% of participants “would like to work remotely, at least some of the time, for the rest of their careers.” 56% of those would like their company’s remote work structure to be entirely remote.
This is just one of the things current employers will have to consider as they respond to the impacts of inflation.
